This year the newest blue on the block to hit the runway is the rich color Cobalt. Cobalt was featured in summer and is still going strong in Fall 2012/Spring 2013.
So how do you wear Cobalt? Cobalt is a very rich color and is most commonly paired with white or black (or any combination of the two).
Jessica Alba pairs her black tuxedo cobalt jeans with a white t-shirt and floral blazer.
Cobalt can also be paired with yellow, diferent shades of blue, green etc.

Personally, I've paired a pair of cobalt pumps with a pair of medium blue skinnies from H&M, a black ruffled tank & black blazer. I've also worn a cobalt pencil skirt from Express to work with a black & white polka dotted ruffle blouse & black jacket with black pumps. Next up for me: cobalt & emerald!
