HELLO DOLLS! I’ve always had a struggle with my weight, i’m 5″3 (don’t laugh I’m vertically challenged okay! lol) and I am a typical curvy gal. Before my wedding in 2010, I started a healthy diet and also started doing Zumba DVD workouts and lost a lot of weight and toned up. I continued this off and on throughout the past couple years, I even started attending Zumba Fitness classes and bought the Zumba workouts for my XBOX Kinnect. But I was bored, unmotivated and having to spend 1-2 hours after work in a Zumba class was very strenuous.

After gaining back a few lbs, I was on he hunt for a new fresh workout that would fit my schedule and lifestyle. My friend suggested that I check out “Blogilates”, so I took a quick look and decided to give it a try. The concept is simple, you access free Pilates workouts online and workout at home. There’s even a beginner calender with workouts for each day, healthy recipes and tips.
I decided to share my little secret with you in the hopes of encouraging other girls out there who are looking for a simple workout, no equipment necessary, no expensive gym fees and the convenience of your own home. I’m only on my first week, but I am already hooked!
This is not a sponsored post or anything, I am just so passionate about this workout and positive that it will help a lot of women out there struggling with weight problems. If you are interested check out the websitewww.blogilates.com and here’s the beginners calender:

You can also access lots of other videos via their YouTube Channel “Blogilates”

Cassey is so positive, energetic and motivational that you almost forget you’re doing a workout! She also uploads weekly workouts to popular pop songs.

I’m on Day 3 and I’m super excited! If you’re going to start and want support, be sure to tag #blogilates and #trinistargirl101 on Instagram!

For those of you who don’t know the difference between Pilates and Yoga (they are very similar but not the same) check out the diagram below:

I have to say I fully endorse the “Sleep Better” point because after I did the workouts, I took a shower and went straight to bed for a good night’s rest :-)
